Over five days, you’ll step out of constant doing and into a rhythm that supports recovery, clarity and sustainable energy. Not through extremes, but through well timed movement, nourishing food, deep rest, meaningful reflection and space to simply be.​

The retreat is hosted at The KOHO Air Hotel’s dedicated wellness space, Soma Vita, on Gili Air, Indonesia — a small, car free island just off the coast of Lombok.

This experience is created in close collaboration between Soma Vita and The Wellness Hood, bringing together longevity philosophy and thoughtful guest experience curation in a setting designed for true reset.

Gili Air offers a rare sense of simplicity and calm: open skies, ocean rhythms, barefoot days and a slower pace that naturally invites you to slow down and be present.
